Last month I was lucky enough to travel to Anaheim with baby girl to sped a few days with my sister in law and her family as Disneyland! I must admit I wasn't too sure how it would go with an infant but it turned out to be pretty good!
Julianne kept on her regular schedule for the most part as I fed her while the majority of the family waited in line and then used the switch pass to skip the line and go on the ride when they were finished and could watch Julianne. I missed going on to Indiana Jones ride as baby girl was sleeping in my baby carrier and I knew transferring her to the stroller would wake her. One thing I don't do is mess up with her naps! Makes nighttime next to impossible if she is overtired!
We also made sure to bring tons of snacks and my water bottle so I could stay well fed and hydrated for the day. We went for the full day 10-8 and then often didn't get home until 9pm once we got through the tram or dinner on Main Street Disney.
We did have awesome accommodations though at a house rental literally across the street from magic way. That resulted in not having to load up kids and strollers into a van, find parking, and all that jazz each day.
Julianne did go on a few rides. She slept on the arial ride, fed on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, cried on the haunted house ride (she woke up halfway through), and enjoyed the it's a small world ride. I am excited to take her back one day when she is older and see the difference of her enjoyment as the 3 and 6 year old nephew had a blast! They also played hard and stated that their "feet went to bed" when we got home at the end of the day!
