The morning started off just as expected...Julianne was THRILLED with opening gifts, in fact she opened everyone's stockings and if it was candy...it was hers!
After stockings we would usually refill coffee, pull out the dainties, and keep going, but this year was different.
We went to Christmas Mass and then came home for lunch of Tortiere and then epic naps (like the three hour kind!)
So gift unwrapping resumed at 330pm and seemed to fly by while facetiming those unable to join us.
Dinner went off without a hitch, and this time I made a wise choice to fill up on veggies first.
Julianne was spoiled wrotten --- a kitchen from grandma, new clothes and craft supplies from nana, money from grandpa, toys from santa, and a cabbage patch doll from aunty. Mom and dad got julianne her first set of tupperware for her kitchen and stencils, as well as come clothes.
Caroline mostly was blessed with clothes and toys, money from grandpa as well. Her outfits all revolved around matching her sister or to do with being the little sister.
